Delicious cheeses from Arla Unika and Them and not least a trifle of wild Swedish blueberries with vanilla cream stirred with Danish apple dessert wine from Cold Hand Winery.

1) Smoked sprat
On toasted rye bread with seaweed and sea buckthorn dressing.


2) Organic charcuterie from Bertel x Museth
Hestbjerg ham
Dry Sausage
Salami w/Fennel
Served with crispbread, flutes and browned butter with sea salt.


3) Slow-braised beef with mash
Beef shoulder braised in the Wadden Sea - Porter, organic served with mashed organic potatoes, Jerusalem artichokes, celery and large amounts of organic butter.


4) Cheeses
Them Creamy Crystal Organic, Unique Red Runner Organic. with bread and fruit compote.


5) Desserts
Blueberry trifle on wild Swedish blueberries with vanilla cream stirred with Malus X Feminam apple dessert wine
